Springwell

Situated in the village of Springwell between Gateshead and Washington, the chapel has been on this site since 1880 and is often seen as "the village church" by those that live in the community.

Within this very traditional-looking building you will find an active community of Christians involved in many projects from Lunch Clubs to Scone Days; Choir to radio broadcasts; prayer & bible study groups; Y21 – a very popular youth club and much, much more. You really do need to come along and find out for yourself!
